Marinas on Herrington Lake.com is based out of Lexington, Kentucky.  Where Herrington Lake is one of the closest lakes to Lexington and is also were my boat resides.

For these reasons, I decided to start this site up so that both myself and anyone else could come and see all that Herrington Lake has to offer.  Including upcoming Lake Events, Fishing Reports, Boats for Sale and Marina Amenities.

Herrington Lake is a substantial body of water only 30 minutes from Lexington.  Below you will find a little bit of information about the lake.

 Herrington Lake was completed in 1927 with the creation of the Dix Dam, Herrington Lake is the deepest lake in Kentucky.   With depths reaching above 240 feet near the Dix Dam.  Herrington Lake covers 2,335 acres consisting of parts of Boyle, Mercer and Garrard counties and stretches over 320 miles of shoreline.
